Steps for Registration (Links to register at bottom of page)
- Complete the online registration form; send deposit or use credit card. This fee will be applied to your total and reserves your place at camp. Space is available on a 1st come, 1st served basis. This registration fee is non-transferable or refundable for any reason. Accepted payments are school check, money order or certified check. Visa/MC is accepted for deposits only; if used for balance payments, a 3% fee will be charged. School purchase orders may be used, but must be paid by final payment due date or a $200 late fee will be charged. We do not accept separate checks from individuals for payment on deposit or balance due.
- Final payment is due 14 days prior to your camp date; if not received you will incur a $200 late fee. If final payment has not been received prior to camp, you will not be permitted to attend under any circumstance.
- Please contact our office immediately with any changes in your team’s numbers. The $50 deposit is non-transferable or refundable. Any additions to your number of athletes must be approved by our office. PLEASE DO NOT ADJUST YOUR INVOICE; IF YOU’VE CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND ADDITIONS WERE APPROVED, OUR OFFICE WILL ISSUE A NEW INVOICE.
Once you’ve selected dates and had them approved with our office, please submit the registration form with your $50 deposit per athlete. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your Private Camp date. Want additional staff to work with your team? Be sure to ask our office about options.
Individual Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 10 days prior to camp date due to an emergency will be considered for refund except the non-refundable $50 deposit. A doctor’s note of explanation must be submitted to our office via mail, email or fax no later than 14 days after session attended. No refunds will be considered after this date.
